To our customers, This is an unprecedented time and one that requires support and collaboration. As you will have seen, the government has categorised businesses in our sector as essential retailers, and Reeds Decorator Centre will therefore be reopening with a limited service from the 18th May 2020.

COVID-19 TRADING UPDATE

Following the updated government guidance, Reeds Decorating Centre is re-opening. Staffing restrictions mean that we will operate reduced hours.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

  • MONDAY – FRIDAY

  • 9am – 12noon
  • 1:00pm – 4:30pm
  • SATURDAY
    •
  • 9am – 12noon
  • 1:00pm – 4:30pm
  • SUNDAY
    •
  • Closed
If you can avoid visiting the shop, email (sales@reedswantage.com) where the team will continue to respond to enquiries and take orders. The contact free collection process will continue (collections will be available during the hours the shop is open). Due to reduced store staffing levels, please avoid telephoning the shop - our email team are able to provide pricing, stock availabilty and technical support. If you visit the shop, please adhere to the guidance outlined below:
  • • The number of customers in store will be limited. This may require you to queue.
  • • Keep 2 metres distance from other customers and staff.
  • • Shop by yourself if you can.
  • • Touch less, please only pick up what you intend to buy.
  • • Card payment only, contactless when possible.
  • • Follow in store and staff directives.
There will be a discrete area at the front of the shop, containing colour cards and product information. Wallpaper books and brush out boards are currently not available. Please do not browse. Some services will remain unavailable.
